Is Doctor Doom the Marvel Universe's all-time champ at getting and then losing omnipotent power? (Not counting the current Secret Wars, where for all we know he might rule forever!) And is he just really good at getting omnipotent power, or is there something about his character that makes him more interested in total omnipotence than other villains?
